Ventnor
Ventnor is one of the older style seaside resorts, the roads are long and steep but take you straight to the seafront, there is a small waterfall running alongside the road. Ventnor hosts the botanical gardens which have magnificent flowers and greenery to look at; there is a play park for the children and a café serving meals if you’re feeling peckish.
Along the seafront there are sandy beaches with cafes and small shops to explore. At the western end of Ventnor is the Spyglass Inn a pub overlooking the sea, Steep hill Cove is a tiny bay that can only be reached by foot, this bay is between the spyglass and the botanical gardens, this bay is totally secluded and very well hidden from the outside world and definitely worth a walk around to look at.
